To do abandoned cart recovery, you can easily send customers a custom email containing links to the abandoned products.

That's possible with dynamic product block in the email automation builder, which pulls the product from the shopping cart and inserts it in the email.

The block is available only in the email automation tab when you're using the Abandons cart trigger. 

The block is not accessible with any other triggers since it is developed for cart abandonment series only.
