Our CFS can be plugged in your emails created with the new visual editor just like you use it in the automated emails.
It is very simple, just take the CFS block and place it where you want it in the email. You can edit the question text and the options.
Also, for a more branded look, you can add some brand colors in the background (the numbered scale can have its own background).
Caution: We strongly advise you to use only one CFS question across campaigns since all results are accumulated in the same report and will be inaccurate if they answer different questions, making the CFS meaningless. The edit we suggest is changing the language if you’re addressing customers from different countries, but keeping the meaning essentially the same.
