Our CFS can be plugged in your emails created with the visual editor just like you use it in the automated emails. 

  1. Go to Rows in the email editor.

  2. There's a dropdown field at the top. Choose CFS from it.

  3. Drag the CFS block into your template.

You can customize the look of the block in Settings.

You can change the question and options, too, BUT we strongly advise you to use only one CFS question across campaigns since all results are accumulated in the same report and will be inaccurate if they answer different questions, making the CFS meaningless. The edit we suggest is changing the language if you’re addressing customers from different countries, but keeping the meaning essentially the same.
