In the Metrilo CRM, you can see every email the customer ever received from you through Metrilo as well as their interaction with it - whether they opened and clicked on it.
This log is available in each customer profile:
Go to the Customer database tab and click on a customer. This will open their individual profile.
The new tab Email is between Actions and Details.
You'll see all emails this customer received chronologically from the latest to back to the first ever.
This way, customer relationship management is even more streamlined and the whole team is on the same page about every customer.
From a marketing standpoint, you get real-time feedback on your email marketing on a personal level - you’ll see what type of email marketing this person prefers and interacts with, and what does not cut the line.
